Shandong Jianhua has three casting processes, namely lost foam casting process, resin sand casting process, terracotta sand casting process, producing different categories and different types of valves, pipe fittings, castings and other products, the material is mainly ductile iron, and it can also produce casting products made of gray cast iron and cast steel
    Shandong Jianhua has 1 mold storage and maintenance center, which realizes the three-dimensional intelligent storage of molds and daily all-round maintenance, and can complete the independent design, production and maintenance of wooden models to ensure the production needs.
    Shandong Jianhua has two machining workshops, with a total of 125 sets of CNC machining equipment of various types, with a processing capacity of more than 50,000 tons/year for valves and pipe fittings.
